In order to protect our customers from fraud or identity theft it is our policy to ship orders  to the address and zipcode that is associated with the credit/debit card being used, this is for your protection from unauthorized use. Cash or check transactions will be shipped to any address supplied by the customer

Your personal information will not be sold to any other source. If you choose to join our mailing list, you will only recieve e-mails or offers directly from us.

Shipping
All orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days and primarily shipped out UPS ground. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 days for your product to be delivered. If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.
 
In some cases the warehouse may have an inventory descrepancy and some items may no longer be available, although we strive to update inventory on a regular basis, errors may occur.
We value your business and in the event of an inventory error we will contact you by phone or e-mail to see if you wish the remainder of your order be shipped
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied with the original paperwork and packaging to be eligible. Return shipping shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Include in your return a copy of the original packing slip,a letter stating the reason for return and the merchandise in the original packaging. Ship returns and exchanges to:

Items altered by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. A restocking charge of $7.50 per item will apply to any items removed from their original packaging.

Refunds
Items recieved by Lovemybed within 30 days of original ship date will recieve credit (with any applicable taxes) to the original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Items returned after 30 days are eligible for Exchange only.
 
Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process, for credit card orders please allow 2 statement cycles for credit to appear
